1. About these terms

"We," "us," and "Trilot" mean Trilot LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company with its registered office at 30 N Gould St #46524, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States, and an operating office in Amman, Jordan. DNBlackBook is one of three operating brands under Trilot LLC.

"You" means the individual using the site or placing a deposit. "Course" means the DNBlackBook domain-investing course, including any version of it that is released.

2. About DNBlackBook

DNBlackBook is a domain-investing course currently in development. We are committed to releasing it before December 31, 2026 ("launch"). The site is currently a pre-launch information page and waitlist.

At this time, only the free waitlist (section 3) is offered. A paid reservation tier is being prepared and will be added separately when it opens; section 4 is a placeholder until then.

3. Free waitlist

When you submit your email and first name to the waitlist, you consent to receive email from us about DNBlackBook (launch announcement, paid-reservation opening, and the occasional update). You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in any of those emails.

There is no charge for the waitlist. We will not share your email with third parties for their own marketing.

4. Paid reservation (activating soon)

A paid reservation tier — a one-time payment that locks in a discount off the launch price, plus priority access and a founders-only Q&A — is being prepared and will be added to this site shortly.

When that tier opens, these terms will be amended to include its full mechanics (amount, refund window, what's secured, how the discount is applied, and how to redeem at launch). Until those amended terms are published and you place a reservation under them, no paid reservation contract exists between you and Trilot. The placeholder on the homepage is informational only.

The free waitlist (section 3) is the only path currently offered. Joining the waitlist creates no payment obligation and no reservation right.

5. Pricing

The launch price for DNBlackBook, the paid reservation amount, and the discount applied to reservation holders will be published when the paid reservation tier opens. They are not finalized and not disclosed on the site at this time.

All prices, when published, will be in US dollars unless otherwise indicated. Taxes, if applicable in your jurisdiction, will be your responsibility.

6. Eligibility

The waitlist is open to anyone. When the paid reservation tier opens, you will need to be at least 18 years old to place a reservation, and the law in your country will need to permit you to enter into this kind of agreement online. The amended terms governing the reservation will restate this when they are published.

We reserve the right to refuse service, refund any future deposit, and terminate any account if we reasonably suspect fraud, payment chargebacks, breach of these terms, or use that exposes us to legal risk.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, design, photographs, illustrations, and the eventual course materials — is owned by Trilot LLC or used with permission. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from the content without our written permission. Linking to the site is fine.

NamePros user-feedback excerpts shown on the site are quoted from publicly posted feedback under the NamePros community guidelines. The reviewers retain the rights to their own words.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site to:

• Submit false or misleading information (including impersonating someone else).
• Place a deposit using payment credentials you are not authorized to use.
• Interfere with site security, run automated scrapers, or attempt to circumvent our infrastructure (Cloudflare Turnstile, rate limits, etc.).
• Reverse-engineer or extract bulk data from the site.

9. No income or results guarantee

DNBlackBook is an educational product about domain-name investing. Domain investing involves risk and capital exposure. We do not guarantee any specific income, return, or outcome from applying anything taught in the course. Past performance — including the operator's personal track record and any testimonials shown on the site — is not a promise of future results. See our Disclaimer for the full statement.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The site and the course are provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site or course will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trilot LLC, its officers, members, and contractors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of the site or the course.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these terms, the site, or the course is capped at the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Where you have paid us nothing, our aggregate liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Some jurisdictions do not allow some of these limitations; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by local law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Trilot LLC against any claim by a third party arising out of your breach of these terms, your misuse of the site, or your violation of any law or the rights of another person, including reasonable legal fees.

13. Termination

You may stop using the site at any time. You may unsubscribe from the waitlist at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the site if you breach these terms or abuse our infrastructure.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The exclusive forum for any dispute that cannot be resolved informally is the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, and you and we both consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Before initiating any formal proceeding, you agree to first contact us at [email protected] with a written description of the issue, and to give us 30 days to attempt to resolve it.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when our practices change or when the law requires. The effective date at the top of this page will change. Material changes will be flagged on this page for a reasonable period and, where appropriate, communicated by email to active waitlist members and lock-in depositors. Your continued use of the site or maintenance of an active lock-in after the effective date of a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

16. Miscellaneous

If any part of these terms is held unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of that right. These terms (together with the privacy policy, cookie policy, and disclaimer) are the entire agreement between you and us about the site and the waitlist; they replace any earlier discussion or marketing. You may not assign these terms; we may assign them as part of a merger, acquisition, or restructure.
