Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

The data controller for personal information collected through this site is:

Trilot LLC
30 N Gould St #46524
Sheridan, WY 82801
United States

Trilot LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company, registered in 1999 and re-registered in 2024. DNBlackBook is one of three operating brands under Trilot LLC (alongside Trilot and LogicOfLogic). Operations are conducted from offices in Sheridan, Wyoming (registered office) and Amman, Jordan (operating office at St. Kraim Al-Dayyaty, near Nadi Al-Malaki — Seventh Circle, Amman 11814, Jordan).

Trilot does not have a formally designated Data Protection Officer. Data-protection responsibilities are exercised directly by the operator, reachable at [email protected] or [email protected].

2. What we collect

We collect only what we need to operate the waitlist. Specifically:

Information you provide directly

A paid reservation tier is being prepared. When it opens, this section will be amended to describe the additional data the reservation involves (payment confirmation, transaction reference, the email address you used to pay). Until then, no payment data is collected through this site.

Information collected automatically

3. Why we use it

We do not use your data for behavioral advertising. We do not sell your data to anyone. We do not enrich your record with data purchased from third-party brokers.

4. Who we share it with

We share data only with the service providers necessary to run the site and the waitlist, and only the minimum data each one needs:

When the paid reservation tier opens, additional payment-processing providers will be added to this list together with their privacy notices. This page will be updated at that time.

We will also disclose information when legally required to do so (court order, lawful subpoena, government request) or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Trilot, our users, or others.

5. How long we keep it

Payment-related retention will be added to this section when the paid reservation tier opens.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights over your personal information:

To exercise any of these, email [email protected]. We respond within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity before acting.

If you are in the EU or UK, the lawful bases we rely on are: consent (waitlist signup, marketing emails), legal obligation (tax, accounting, fraud prevention), and legitimate interests (site security, abuse prevention, basic analytics). When the paid reservation tier opens, performance of a contract will be added as a lawful basis for the reservation-related processing.

If you are in California, we do not sell personal information as defined under the CCPA/CPRA. You may request disclosure, deletion, and correction by emailing us. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any right.

7. Cookies and similar technologies

This site does not set tracking cookies. Cloudflare Web Analytics is cookieless. Cloudflare Turnstile may set a short-lived technical token on form pages, used solely to validate the bot-detection check. Payment providers may set their own cookies on their own checkout pages, governed by their privacy notices. Full detail is in our Cookie Policy.

8. International transfers

We are based in the US (Wyoming) and operate from Jordan. Our service providers operate globally. If you are in the EU, UK, or another jurisdiction with data-export rules, your data will be transferred outside that jurisdiction in the course of being processed. We rely on the standard contractual clauses and equivalent safeguards offered by Cloudflare and MailerLite for these transfers. Additional safeguards will apply when payment processors are added.

9. Children

This site is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, email [email protected] and we will delete it.

10. Security

We use TLS in transit, restrict access to data on a need-to-know basis, and choose service providers with strong security practices. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affecting your personal data occurs, we will notify you and the relevant authority within the timeframes required by law.

11. Changes to this policy

We will update this policy when our practices change or when the law requires. The effective date at the top of this page will change. Material changes will be flagged on this page for a reasonable period and, where appropriate, communicated by email. The previous version is preserved internally for audit purposes.
